Legal Opinion of Value
As a part of the probate process, marriage or divorce proceedings, or when refinancing - a lawyer/mortgage broker will request up to three reports from realtors that provide a market analysis of what the estate/home is worth. For a standalone report (if there is no property being sold as part of the appraisal), we charge $500+hst for each appraisal. If you have selected us to represent your property sale, these reports are included/complimentary.
